Meet Greg Wilbur

Founder of G.B. Wilbur Law, Ltd., Greg Wilbur is a California employment defense attorney with over 11 years of experience in labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour class actions, and PAGA claims.

He has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and before agencies such as the Labor Commissioner, DLSE, and Cal/OSHA. Greg earned his J.D. from NYU School of Law and was named a Southern California Super Lawyers “Rising Star” from 2020 to 2024.

Like many of his clients, Greg is deeply committed to his career—but he never loses sight of the bigger picture. He lives in Pasadena with his two young sons, who’ve become minor celebrities at their favorite Old Town haunts. A former Marine officer who served in the Iraq War, Greg continues to advocate for fellow veterans through his longtime involvement with the National Veterans Foundation, where he served on the Board of Directors from 2015 to 2020. Greg also enjoys hiking and sailing, and he is an enthusiastic patron of the LA Opera, the LA Chamber Orchestra, the LA Phil, and the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
